Ryman & Sons is a joint effort business of Frank Ryman and his two eldest sons. Frank got his start in the concrete industry in 1985, working for an up-and-coming company. After 11 years of learning the trade, he decided to start a company of his own. In 1996, he founded Ryman Construction. What started off as a very small local operation quickly developed into a multi-provincial organization, completing government contracts as well as large-scale industrial compounds.

With a father in concrete work, most summer days were spent helping out at the job sites. Scott and Tyler took up a passion for their father's work and have proved to be very capable apprentices in the field. Quickly rising through the ranks, the decision only seemed natural for Frank to share his legacy with his sons. It is with great excitement and optimism that they embark on this new chapter together.
